- How do I submit files to your company?
- Files are submitted via FTP. You may also choose to use standard mail to send disks to us.

- What do I do after I've submitted images to you?
- Fill out our online album design form to let us know the specifications for your album. Once that's done, we can get started!

- How many images do you recommend for an album?
- Our typical design uses one to three images per side. So, for a typical 30-side album, we recommend approx. 60 to 90 images.

- Can I submit more images and have your designers pick the images for me?
- Absolutely! You can submit them either in the same directory, or split them into directories such as "must-have" and "optional". Be careful not to submit TOO MANY images to us though. You should submit no more than twice the number of images intended for the design. For example, if your design uses approx. 100 images, you should submit no more than 200 images to us. If you submit more, it will incur an additional fee for our designers to parse through your images.
