How long does it take to complete an album design?
- Our standard designs are completed in 2 weeks or less. A rush service is available for an additional fee.

How many revisions are allowed after I see my initial design?
- You are allowed an unlimited number of revisions at no extra charge with our standard design service. Be sure to read our Terms of Service with details on what is included and not included in the unlimited revisions. We also have other design levels which includes fewer revisions.

How will my clients see the album design?
- We will send you an online link with the design preview. (See sample here) You can forward the link directly to your client. Your client can enter comments directly on the preview link - the comments will be emailed to both you and us once the "send comments" button is clicked.

Will my clients know someone else designed their album?
- No. The design preview link will have your logo, and the URL address used will not allow your clients to trace it to us. We never contact your clients directly.

How do I approve my album design?
- You can either email us directly, or on the preview page, enter "approve" for the approval password.

What happens when I approve the design?
- Once you approve your design, we will charge the remaining balance for your design fee and will mail you a DVD disk containing the full-size layered PSD and JPEG files for your album design. For InDesign albums, we will mail you the InDesign project file. For matted albums, we will mail you the corresponding Photojunction or JAD project files.

What if I need my files sooner to submit to my album company?
- You may request us to upload the JPEG files onto our FTP server so you can download those sooner. The PSD files will still be delivered via mail due to their large size.
