Modern Album Designs is a boutique design house that offers custom album design services and products for professional photographers.

• Copyright agreement: By submitting images to Modern Album Designs, Client owns or claims to own the Copyright for all images. If the client is not the Copyright owner, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the proper permission before submitting images to Modern Album Designs. Modern Album Designs holds no responsibility for copyright infringement issues.
  
  
• Returns or Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, there are no refunds or returns. If you are unsure of our products or services, please contact us prior to purchasing.
  
  
• Limits of Liability: Modern Album Designs is not liable for any albums or physical products derived from our services or products. Once the client has received design or image files from us, it is the client’s responsibility to perform a final check on spelling, dates, alignments, colors, strokes and other related issues which might not be easily visible via online proofs. Our limit of liability cannot exceed the cost of our services or products provided.
  
  
• Safekeeping of Files: Once Modern Album Designs has delivered files to the client, the storage of those files are no longer the responsibility of Modern Album Designs. The client should not send original copies of files to Modern Album Designs, as we are not responsible if files or media are damaged during transport, storage, or handling.
  
  
• If our design or image service is not approved within 1 year of submission, Modern Album Designs reserves the right to close out the project and to charge any remaining fee.
  
  
• Usage Rights: Modern Album Design design templates and products are intended for photographers to sell products to their consumer clients. Products cannot be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, installed onto more than one computer, transferred, or posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page in their full or partial original form. The buyer has a license to create derivative designs using the products, but is not licensed to re-distribute them in their full or partial original format. The buyer may design derivative work and may personally sell such work to the final recipient for profit as a result of their design work using the licensed materials. The licensee may use design derivatives for marketing purposes of their own business.
  
  
• Privacy Policy: By submitting your email address to Modern Album Designs, you agree to receive periodic email updates from us. We do not sell your email address to anyone. You have the right to opt out at any time.
