Step 2: Fill Out the Online Form

Once your images are uploaded, the next step is to fill out the online submission form. The form will ask details about your album design, such as dimensions, number of sides, etc.

Upon submitting the form, a payment page will be presented. 50% of the design fee is required to start the design. You may pay via PayPal or faxing us a credit card authorization form.
